sports fun day 2014!

On Friday June 20th 2014 we held our annual Sports Fun Day, and what a fitting end to Active Schools Week it was!  This event is keenly anticipated by the children and this year didn't disappoint.  The children enjoyed a wide range of activities, from dancing, obstacle course, rounders, football, penalty shoot-out, basketball, relay races, egg and spoon race, sack race, three-legged race, and lots more!  A massive thank you must go to our Parent Association for organising the day, and to the great number of Parent Volunteers who gave up their time to help out on the day.  It was a fantastic day and without you guys it would not have been possible!   Afterwards we had a medal presentation ceremony and we raised our very first Active Schools Flag to great cheers from the children.  Well done everyone for all their hard work in this worthwhile programme.  Below are just a few pictures of the day.
